The preinsulated HDPE pipe system is made up of HDPE carrier pipe or fittings, 100% CFC free polyurethane insulation foam and HDPE jacket. Core pipe shall be rigid HDPE-PE100, in accordance with ISO 4427/DIN 8074/8075. Thermal insulation is made of 100% CFC free polyurethane foam; having a minimum density of 48 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity coefficient () in the range of 0.0230 to 0.0280 W/mK. The outer casing shall be as per EN253. Fitting casing
